I hereby provide this undertaking in connection with my engagement with THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA for the purpose of seeking assistance with travel arrangements and visa application services.
1. Purpose:
I acknowledge that this undertaking is being provided in relation to the travel and visa application assistance services offered by THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA. I understand that these services include, but are not limited to:
- Visa application guidance and documentation support.
- Coordination with relevant authorities and third-party service providers.
2. Compliance with Terms and Conditions:
I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined by THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA for the aforementioned services. I acknowledge that the detailed terms and conditions are set out in this same document below, and I have read and understood the same.
3. Accuracy of Information:
I confirm that all information and documents provided to THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA for the purpose of visa application and travel arrangements are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of my visa application or other travel-related issues, for which THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA shall not be held responsible.
4. Timely Submission of Documents:
I undertake to provide all required documents and information to THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA within the stipulated timelines to ensure smooth processing of my visa application and travel arrangements. Delays in providing documents may result in delays in processing, for which THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA shall not be liable.
5. Fees and Payments:
I agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for the services provided by THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA as per the agreed terms. I understand that any delays or defaults in payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
6. Visa Approval and Travel Risks:
I acknowledge that the approval of a visa and entry into the destination country is at the sole discretion of the respective authorities. THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA does not guarantee visa approval or assume responsibility for any decisions made by the authorities. I also understand that travel involves inherent risks, and I undertake to comply with all health, safety, and legal requirements of the destination country.
7. Governing Law:
This undertaking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Declaration I declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of THE EXPERTS HUB AFRICA contained in this document and agree to comply with them. I also confirm that the information provided in this undertaking is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 1. Scope of Services The Company provides the following services:
- Visa Application Assistance: Guidance on visa requirements, documentation support, and
submission assistance.
- Travel Arrangements: Flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.
(OPTIONAL SERVICE)
- Coordination: Liaison with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers as
required. The Company does not guarantee visa approval or assume responsibility for decisions made by immigration authorities.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
- Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the invoice provided by the
Company as and when required.
- Additional Costs: The Client is responsible for all third-party costs, including visa fees,
travel insurance, and government taxes.
- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays in
payment may result in the suspension of services.
- Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via a joint bank account created, which will be
accessible by us only when visa is approved. In the event that a visa application is not approved, the company will reapply on your behalf as many times as necessary until it is approved, with no additional charges incurred.
3. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents as requested by the
Company.
- Ensure that all travel documents are valid and in order.
- Comply with all health, safety, and legal requirements of the destination country.
4. Privacy Policy
- The Company is committed to protecting the Client’s personal information. All data
provided by the Client will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
- The Company will not share the Client’s information with third parties without consent,
except as required by law or for the purpose of visa processing and travel arrangements.
- The Client has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal
data held by the Company.
By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
